Christmas is Coming!
As the temperatures drop, mulled wine and mince pies are served and carols play on the radio, Christmas is in the air. We’re looking forward to sharing our celebrations with our supporters.
Our Christmas fundraising is to purchase a PC laptop for specialised switches. This will enable our residents to be able to choose their own movie or activity independently. We also need a new touch screen to work with our igaze technology to empower our residents to communicate, make choices and have independence. The residents at Bevern View rely on creative technology to enable them to undertake tasks and make independent choices.
We’re very excited to invite you to our Christmas Cake Sale to help you start the season. On Friday 9th November at St Francis, Barcombe at 3pm, we are opening the doors for an opportunity to purchase some delicious homemade cakes, as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and squash. Tickets for our first ever Children’s Christmas Bag Raffle packed full of toys and crafts, can be purchased and the raffle drawn on the day.
