Chair of Trustees

Nick is a charity finance director, previously working in the NHS and logistics. His Brother in Law is a resident at Bevern View the Trusts care home. Nick brings skills in General Management, financial planning, training and project management to his role as Chair of The Trust.

Sue Goodliffe

Trust Accountant

Sue joined The Bevern Trust as Trust Accountant, after a successful tax career in financial services.
Having a son with severe disabilities inspired Sue to move into a job which was more giving.
Sue has also done a lot of work with Dravet Syndrome organsations, speaking at family and professional conferences in the US and Europe and also co-authoring a publication on care giver concerns in a medical journal

Alice Fry

Operations Manager

Alice started working for the Trust in 2010 and has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to running the infrastructure of Bevern View. She is passionate about making sure the operational side of the home is working to its full potential in order to give the residents the most from life. Having been with The Trust for over 10 years in a variety of roles Alice has risen to the challenge of being our Operations Manager and is truly dedicated to our residents well being.

Debbie Knott

Care Manager

As our Care Manager, Debbie has a wealth of knowledge and experience about our organisation, shaping the delivery of quality care. Her journey from a Support Worker to a leadership position serves as an inspiration to our staff and exemplifies the possibilities for growth and advancement within The Trust. Her determination led her to successfully achieve a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, showcasing her dedication to excellence and leadership within the field.

HR Manager

Becky is the HR Manager of The Bevern Trust and has been working with the Trust since 2014, she has completed her CIPD level 3 qualification in HR and oversees all HR requirements. Becky started off volunteering at Bevern View and found the residents inspiring to work with, this drove her to pursue a career with the Trust.

Tim Lumgair

Deputy Manager of Activities

Tim is the Activity Coordinator of the Home. He has worked at Bevern View for over a decade, starting out as a Support Worker before moving into his current role. In 2012 he won the Care Home Activity Organiser of the Year award in The South East before winning the national Award at the Great British Care Home Awards the following year. Tim has a degree in Music and has a background of working in schools. He specialising in music, the arts and multimedia and combines his creativity with his decade of knowledge from working with our Bevern View residents to produce outstanding person-centred activities in the Home.
