Nick is a charity finance director, previously working in the NHS and logistics. His Brother in Law is a resident at Bevern View the Trusts care home. Nick brings skills in General Management, financial planning, training and project management to his role as Chair of The Trust.
Sue joined The Bevern Trust as Trust Accountant, after a succesful tax career in financial services. Sue was also a member of a number of committees and working parties in charge of policy and tax legislation.
Having a son with severe disabilities inspired Sue to move into a job which was more giving.
Sue has also done a lot of work with Dravet Syndrome organsations, speaking at family and professional conferences in the US and Europe and also co-authoring a publication on care giver concerns in a medical journal
Caroline, joined the Bevern Trust as the Registered Manager, she has worked in the care sector for a number of years and has a vast knowledge of the care sector. She worked for the public sector for over 20 years in various roles, she has managed various establishments as the Registered Manager. Caroline began her career in adult social care in ( learning disabilities services and has fond memories of these times) especially the optimism and positive attitude,the can do attitude of the whole team.
She is a qualified NVQ Assessor, Internal Verifier and for a period of time worked part time as the Co-Ordinator for NVQ's at a local college.

Becky is the HR Manager of The Bevern Trust and has been working with the Trust since 2014, she has completed her CIPD level 3 qualification in HR and oversees all HR requirements. Becky started off volunteering at Bevern View and found the residents inspiring to work with, this drove her to pursue a career with the Trust.
Deputy Manager of Activities
Tim is the Activity Coordinator of the Home. He has worked at Bevern View for over a decade, starting out as a Support Worker before moving into his current role. In 2012 he won the Care Home Activity Organiser of the Year award in The South East before winning the national Award at the Great British Care Home Awards the following year. Tim has a degree in Music and has a background of working in schools. He specialising in music, the arts and multimedia and combines his creativity with his decade of knowledge from working with our Bevern View residents to produce outstanding person-centred activities in the Home.
Elizabeth joined the Bevern Trust in 2018, after living in Australia for 4 years and working as Project Manager for the Royal Lifesaving Society. In that times she applied for and maintained all State Government funding and worked with a number of at-risk communities including refugees, providing vital water safety training and awareness. Elizabeth was in charge of identifying and managing fundraising avenues for the Society and ran a number of community events and large-scale events, including organising a conference. Previous to this Elizabeth managed a swimming facility. Where she also tutored the ASA Level 2 Swimming Teachers Award, assessed NVQ students and made a successful lottery funding bid.
