Barcombe Scarecrow Competition!

We ‘re delighted to announce the return of our popular Scarecrow Competition!

This year’s theme is: Movies and their Stars.  It’s time to get creative and draw inspiration from any film or film stars of any genre or era

Scarecrows can be displayed from 1^st – 10^th October, with judging taking place on Friday 10^th October on the High Street, Barcombe.

How to Enter:

Entering is easy! Simply make a £10 donation online or in person at Bevern View.

All we need then are the following details:

• Your name
• Scarecrow location
• Contact number

Judging:

Judging will take place on Friday 10^th October on the High Street, Barcombe (time tbc – keep an eye on our website or check our September). Natasha Kaplinsky and Bevern View residents will be our judges, and their decision will be final.

We would be delighted for any residents outside Barcombe village to also take part – simply display your scarecrow outside your home and bring him or her to join the fun on 10^th October!

If your scarecrow is not being displayed at a property on the High Street, you have three options:

• Deliver Your Scarecrow: to Bevern View by Thursday 9th October.
• Bring your Scarecrow: join the others on Friday 10th October on the High Street.
• Request Collection: arrange collection of your Scarecrow -email info@beverntrust.org or call 01273 400752.

All the scarecrows will be displayed together on the High Street.
